1. About Baeverse and these Terms
Baeverse is a digital entertainment service available at baeverse.co. It allows adults to follow fictional virtual characters, view character media and interact with characters through chat. Some features are free; others are available through character-specific subscriptions or separate purchases.
The service is provided under the name Baeverse.co. In these Terms, “Baeverse,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the provider of the Baeverse.co service. You can contact us at hello@baeverse.co.
These Terms govern your use of the service. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, and our AI Disclosure explains the nature of the fictional characters and AI-assisted interactions. If you make a purchase, the price, included benefits, billing interval and any applicable promotional terms displayed at checkout are also part of your agreement with us.
2. Who may use Baeverse
Baeverse is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older, or any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable to them. You may not access or create an account if you do not meet this requirement or if using the service is unlawful where you live. Registration asks for your date of birth, but this should not be understood as independent age verification.
We may deny or terminate access if we discover an account belongs to a minor, is used in violation of applicable law or presents material safety or fraud concerns. Particular paid or third-party offers may have additional age or location restrictions.
3. Fictional characters, AI and human participation
Baeverse characters are fictional virtual personas. Their appearance, names, histories, experiences, occupations, locations, feelings and statements may be invented or AI-generated. A character is not an actual person available for an offline relationship. At present, Baeverse characters are not presented as licensed digital representations of particular real individuals.
Most chat replies are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Authorized human operators may also read, moderate, assist with or participate directly in conversations while representing a character. Individual messages are not necessarily marked according to whether AI or a human wrote them. The experience may be personal or affectionate in style, but it does not create a real-life friendship, romantic relationship, commitment or entitlement to personal contact.
Generated replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected or fictional. Do not rely on a character for professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, or for emergency assistance. The AI Disclosure gives more detail.
4. Accounts and account security
An account is required to use Baeverse. Depending on availability, you may register with an email address and password or sign in through Google or Facebook. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use your account personally. You may not sell, transfer or share an account.
You are responsible for activity on your account unless that activity results from circumstances for which we are legally responsible. Notify us promptly at hello@baeverse.co if you suspect unauthorized access. We may introduce additional authentication or account-protection measures.
You may request corrections, an email-address change or account deletion by contacting hello@baeverse.co. Self-service deletion may become available as the product develops. Account deletion ends access to associated subscriptions, conversations and purchased in-app content, subject to legally required retention and your statutory rights. Cancel any active subscription through the account interface or ask us to assist before deleting the account.
5. Free access
The current free tier permits three chat messages per month and does not include access to a character's private feed. Free features and limits may change. Any material limitations will be shown in the service.
6. Character subscriptions
Subscriptions are character-specific. The standard advertised price is currently US$12.90 per month per character, although individual characters, discounts and offers may have different prices. The precise price, taxes, renewal amount, billing interval and included benefits are shown before purchase and in your order confirmation.
A subscribed character currently includes access to that character's private post feed, unlimited ordinary chat use, free images that may be provided in chat, and eligibility to buy separately priced pay-per-view content. “Unlimited” does not permit automated abuse, attempts to overload the service, or circumvention of reasonable security and technical safeguards. A subscription does not include every pay-per-view item.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment processor to charge the agreed recurring amount, including applicable taxes, as disclosed at checkout. An introductory discount or free month may be followed by the regular renewal price specified when you subscribe. We do not ordinarily increase the agreed recurring price for an existing subscription without notifying you; where a change requires renewed agreement under applicable law, we will request it.
Cancellation
You can cancel through Manage Account → Manage Memberships → Cancel, or email hello@baeverse.co. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation of renewal is distinct from exercising any statutory withdrawal right. Applicable withdrawal and refund rights are explained in Section 10.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment through our processor and pause paid access until the account is brought up to date, subject to applicable law.
7. Pay-per-view (PPV) media
Some character images or videos are offered for a separate one-time price in chat. You will see the relevant price before purchase. Once payment is confirmed, the purchased digital item is normally made available immediately within that conversation.
A PPV purchase gives you ongoing personal access to the purchased item while your account is active and permits you to download or take a screenshot for private, personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership of Baeverse intellectual property or permit public reposting, resale, redistribution, commercial use or training another AI system on that item.
We may need to remove media from the platform for legal, safety, licensing or operational reasons. If a purchased item becomes unavailable, contact hello@baeverse.co so we can restore access or otherwise provide an appropriate remedy, including any remedy required by law. Deleting your account ends in-app access; keep any lawfully permitted personal copy you wish to retain.
8. Tips
You may be able to send a voluntary tip associated with a particular fictional character. A tip supports the Baeverse entertainment experience; it is not a payment to an actual person represented by the character. Tipping does not guarantee a reply, special attention, personalized content, affection, preferential treatment or an offline interaction unless a separate, clearly described paid offer expressly promises a particular benefit.
Tips are generally not refundable once completed, except where a refund is required by law or granted by us in response to a support request. Duplicate or erroneous charges can be reported to hello@baeverse.co.
9. Sponsored and affiliate offers
Baeverse may display clearly identified third-party sponsored or affiliate offers, including casino-related promotions. We may earn compensation, including revenue share, through qualifying activity. These promotions are separate from Baeverse purchases. Any offer you choose to follow is provided by the third party under its own terms, eligibility criteria and privacy notice.
Some sponsored offers provide an opportunity to claim a free membership month after completing the advertised action and submitting a screenshot through the promotional claim flow. Claims are processed automatically. The conditions displayed with the offer apply, including any first-time-deposit requirement and the limit of one qualifying claim per account and offer. Promotional membership periods cannot be redeemed for cash. Questions about a partner’s deposits, withdrawals or other services should be addressed to that partner.
10. Prices, taxes, payments, withdrawals and refunds
Baeverse currently charges in US dollars and uses Stripe to process payments. Applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be shown before you confirm an order. Baeverse does not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers. We may retain processor references and limited payment-method details to administer purchases, subscriptions and saved methods.
Our standard commercial policy is that paid subscription periods, delivered PPV content and completed tips are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or granted by us. We review service failures, accidental duplicate purchases and other concerns on a case-by-case basis at hello@baeverse.co. We refund confirmed accidental duplicate charges and provide any refund, repair, price reduction or other remedy required by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory cancellation, withdrawal or digital-content conformity rights. For an eligible EU/EEA distance purchase, a statutory withdrawal period may apply depending on the type of contract and the circumstances of delivery. For immediately delivered digital content, the withdrawal right is lost only where the applicable legal conditions have actually been met, including your express prior consent to immediate delivery, your acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and confirmation in a durable form. Subscription services can be subject to different rules; an ordinary subscription cancellation does not by itself waive any statutory withdrawal right.
To request a withdrawal where you have that right, or to raise a refund issue, contact hello@baeverse.co. We will process valid requests and provide any applicable refund within the required timeframe. Making digital content available immediately does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right.
11. Your contributions and acceptable use
You may submit chat messages, account information, support correspondence and, where supported, evidence for promotional offers. You must have the right to submit that material. You grant Baeverse a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, transmit and process the material as needed to deliver and secure the service and, in the case of chat records, to improve or train our conversational systems as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not grant Baeverse a general right to publish your private messages or to use your identity in advertising.
You must not:
- Use Baeverse while underage, share or sell accounts, commit fraud or abuse payment/chargeback systems.
- Scrape the service, access it with unauthorized bots, bypass rate limits or paid access, reverse-engineer protected features, or interfere with security or availability.
- Harass others, threaten staff, impersonate someone, upload another person's private information without authorization or submit unlawful, infringing, exploitative or non-consensual material.
- Upload or seek content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful deepfakes or malware.
- Copy, distribute, publicly repost or commercially exploit private-feed or purchased media without express written permission, or use our content to train competing AI systems.
We may restrict or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations, suspected fraud or illegal activity, subject to applicable notice, appeal and consumer-law requirements. We may also remove unlawful or infringing material. Concerns can be reported to hello@baeverse.co.
12. Ownership and use of Baeverse content
The Baeverse name, service, software, character designs and media are owned by or licensed to the operator to the extent applicable law recognizes the relevant rights. Your subscription or purchase grants the limited access and personal-use permissions described here; it does not grant ownership of the service or character. You may not publicly repost character media, including on social media, without prior written permission.
13. Changes and availability
We may update the service, change AI providers, add or retire characters, adjust free limits, and develop or discontinue features. We may update subscription benefits where reasonably necessary, but we will not use this clause to deprive you of mandatory contractual remedies or make a material detrimental change without complying with applicable notice and consumer law.
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that a particular AI reply, character post or generated item will always be available. If we discontinue the entire service, we will address any unused prepaid subscription periods and other statutory entitlements, including refunds where applicable.
14. Liability
Baeverse provides fictional interactive entertainment, not professional advice or real-world personal companionship. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from a user's unlawful conduct, use of a third-party sponsor's independent service or reliance on fictional character statements as factual advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or other liability protected by applicable law. Any other limitations are effective only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.
15. Disputes and applicable law
If you have a concern about a purchase or the service, contact hello@baeverse.co so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law governs these Terms and any dispute. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer protections or your right to use a competent court, regulator or consumer dispute-resolution body where the law provides one.
16. Updates to these Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. We will publish an updated version with a revised effective date and give additional notice when the law requires it or changes materially affect existing subscribers. Your statutory rights regarding amendments remain unaffected.
